Wow. Is it *exciting* in here or is it just me?
So yeah. Blue's out of the apartment for today's strippage - so fie on all those who said she needs to get out more - and yeah. It's actually been more fun than I thought it would be to put this thing together: no joke. I've had all this in my brain for a while, and I've always been wanting to toss it out there, but since I've been promising so much this whole summer and not delivering *quite* as much, I thought now was the time. But I risk giving away too much stuff (that many don't likely care about, but eh, whatever) so I stop now. Yeah.
Can't believe that it's only about 17 days until I get shipped back to Minnesota for my final year at Macalester... and I still have SO MUCH SHIT to do down HERE! EEK! Hopefully this situation will be as smooth as last time, but there are, of course, *difficulties* involved, especially if Web Guy Josiah is up there with me, and alas, his computer is NOT. If this comes to pass, I hope I can rely on the kind assistance of one of you nifty peoples - even if all I ask for is your patience while I work through my moving difficulties! Does all this count as far warning? Because I just want to let you know so you won't kill me in a few weeks for not having a comic up (maybe). I've got buckets of apology art, I promise! It'll work out! Really.
Hm. Apparently WinAmp version 3 has been released - a change from their versions 2.1 to 2.umpteen - so yay for that. All those who 1) care and 2) can go download it right now. The rest of us with dial-ups will just sit and seethe until we get our non-dial-up connections back. ::commencing seething::
Saw "Lilo & Stitch" the other day with Web Guy Josiah and a good friend (the wonderful Allie). SO - DAMMED - CUTE. Just a straight-up *good* movie. Like, ERASE all the standard boring cutesy-type poop that gets tossed in so many Disney flicks: this one is just fun. Plus Stitch is my new god. Can I keep him? Anyone wanna buy me a little stuffed one of my own? ::looks sweetly and expectantly up at Web Guy Josiah::
I'm actually suffering from Sims withdrawal at this point, I think. This isn't good. 60 MINUTES OF "VACATION" EXPANSION STAT! (All you be well in the meantime)
