HYAHHHH! ::lunges through the door::
Okay, now that I've got you all startled into paying attention, let's get started. ::cracks knuckles:: I don't know about all of you, but *I'm* all set.
SO! Rocketbox Comics has just had their nice nifty genesis at long last, with such notable names as Lemuel "Hot Soup" Pew of 'Lethal Doses' (whom I might warn: strip-wise, even with your first incarnation, I'm gaining on you: right now I'm only like 5 strips away from your record. WATCH OUT!), Chris Morrison of 'Polymer City Chronicles,' and Barry Smith of 'Angst Technology' (not to mention his paintball-related side comic, 'Weak-end Warriors,' which is also nifty, and which I would doubtlessly get more of if I were more into paintball, which I am not, because of my aversion to getting welts. Welts aren't fun for Blue) among others. A very nice showcase of names there, as well as some nifty links in the LINKS section (wow, go fig). No more than 2 minutes there and I've already pimped us. Go me and my bad self. ::jumps around some more::
Yeah. So... bad news. Due to both myself and Josiah being in Arizona (and thus, far away from both of our computers), there will likely be no Friday strip next week. BUT! I swear I will make this up to you. And if anyone out there ::cough-cough:: wants to contribute something like A GUEST STRIP ::cough-cough:: for this noble cause ::cough-cough:: I'd be QUITE happy indeed. Yes. Because along with the whole "Thanksgiving" thingy next week, there's also my brother's wedding, planning for my *own* wedding, and yeah. Plus I'll likely be tripping over members of my extended family every five feet, so productivity is pretty much out of the question. But like I said, I strive to please, so you'll see something good the following Tuesday. Ah yes, you shall ::wink::
Argh. I've got to head off to Bad Comedy rehearsal now - by the way, for those of you in the Twin Cites, that's the BAD COMEDY show, Macalester College, at 8 PM this Friday and Saturday in 10K (basement of Dupre dorm), formal attire suggested - so I'll bid you all a fondue for now.
