Hey kids. Were back once again with the funny and the stuffness. You dig?
Anyhow. First things first: forgot to give props to my friend Devin for introducing me to the frightening nature of the aforementioned site, Fat Chicks In Party Hats, and with whom I laughed long and guiltily at hideous pictures with captions like PSST! I am made of ham! So go Devin. Sorry I didnt give you the props on Tuesday like you deserved. Oopsie.
ANOTHER THING! Bad Comedy opening was not too shabby: looking forward for everyone coming both tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) because otherwise I will be sad and you will miss out on some top-notch funny. Seriously, GO. Is good.
And? I found out Fatboy Slim is actually QUOTING Frank Herberts Dune in Weapon of Choice. Seriously. If you walk without rhythm, you wont attract the worm. I remember people actually asking me with that meant, and me attempting to come up with some sensible answer... and now I just find out I was full of shit. But dude DUNE! W00T! That makes Annie all happy all overness!
Keep with the Rocketbox voting, for please: that too makes Annie happy, and when Annie is happy she makes better comics. ...Actually, to be honest, that has far more to do with what I have due in SCHOOL, but voting is nice as well.
SPEAKING of school, it looks like Im literally on the verge of being totally finished with my giganticus honors project not finished with the original writing but with the hojillion revisions Ive done since making the thing clock in at around EIGHTY PAGES or so (double-spaced, yes, but still). In case Ive never mentioned it before, my thesis is a defense of sci-fi and fantasy as legitimate genres of fiction, and how they should receive proper literary respect. Yeah, a bit up my alley, ya think? Just a little bit. Heh.
