Hey kids: short rant tonight, as I am literally sick n' tired (bleah). But on the upside, if you look at the Rocketbox Top Comics List (after you vote for us here, of course) you will notice that we have broken into the Top Ten!!! Wahoot n' go us! Let's keep this up, shall we? I for one would like to [I think it would be neat to be in the top 5 personally...so vote damn it - web guy Josiah].
X2 is all everyone says it is and more. I could seriously gush about this for hours and I will merely say that it was more goodness than I thought could possibly be shoved into one movie. Fuck, if this is what we get when David Hayter writes a movie, let him write every single movie, dammit. ...No, wait, because when would he get the time to do the voice for Solid Snake then? Priorities, priorities... anyhow, X-Men 2 kicks - as my friend Ian once put it (albeit it for an unrelated topic) - "9 kinds of ass in a 5 ass town." So yeah. You haven't seen it (like poor Blue) go as soon as you can. I know many folks right now are suffering under the cruel burden of finals, and let me tell you, I feel your pain. But X2 is great stress relief, I tell you what. Do enjoy.
I do believe things will be undergoing "the changes" this summer - for the better, of course. Just a little note far in advance. Keep with the peeling of the eyes, 'kay? Yeah.
Oh, d'you recall those nifty desktops I made for you a bit back? You can nab them in the Art section now [also in the archives as one is going through the comic - web guy Josiah]. Just so you know they're still up for grabs. Samus Blue has ruled my desktop for a while now, and hell, I just don't seem to get tired of her being there. Then again, that is just me. But you never know.
Oh, by the way, visit remix.overclocked.org and download ALL OF THEIR MUSIC. And then toss them a contribution or something just to be nice. Because hot damn, they all deserve it. Hot remixes - techno, trance, orchestral, jazz, hip-hop, you name it - of all your favorite video/computer/whatever games, so sweet they almost melt in your mouth. ...Ah, TASTY. Go on, now, get with the enjoying. So much to enjoy...
