Parade of the Costumes

Boooo... Friday the 13th... and guess what? If Apathy were a country, I'd be it's capital, Dontgivishit! ...Heh. Kidding. I just think that tricadecaphobia (fear of the #13) and the idea of it coming on a Friday as being particularly bad foolish in the extreme, as well as the idea of being aggressively apathetic. Sort of a contradiction in terms, but yeah. Enough out of me.
The females to whom I pay tribute in today's comic (well, really their costumes, but them by extension) are Jade Fontane from Player Vs. Player, White Mage from 8-Bit Theater, Ping-chan from Megatokyo, and Diane from RPG World (all excellent comics... I'd have liked to put in something from the other comics featured on the right, but these were the most distinctive). The last is a design of my own, and I wish I had it, even though I usually detest dressing up in "business attire," but usually because they repeatedly involve terrible things like thick material and nylons ::shudder:: That reminds me that I might have to do that same horrible dressing up in short order in my own quest for employment. CURSES! I'll get you next time, Gadget!
I don't know what it is with me being overly tired all of the time... is no good for Annie. Perhaps it be caffeine withdrawal, in which case the process must seriously take months, because I've been drinking one pop or LESS each day for around 2 weeks now, and still I feel like the walking dead when I don't have one. The headaches aren't so bad, but all the same, I think I'd rather crack open a cold can of pop with lunch (fortifying it with a cold glass of milk and periodic slurps of water throughout the day to keep me properly hydrated) than stay drowsy and irritable all day. I probably need to get with the exercising thing too, but I'd like to have some kind of a schedule for doing so first. Lame excuse, but... uh... er... so's your mom! ::runs away::
Oh just to let you know: Web Guy Josiah and I will likely be heading out to Phoenix in the next few days and staying there for around five days, and we'll do our best to make sure this does not disrupt your comics flow in the least... meaning I'm going to be spending a chunk of the next few days drawin' away and making the comic-y goodness you all come here for twice a week or so. But if you've got the guest art/comics/whatever, please for to give them over so we can post them and show the world how awesome you are. Ppppppppleeeeze? ::big begging puppy eyes::
Anyhow, I think it's time for me to go either install Planescape: Torment on Tyger here, or play some more Dark Cloud on our NEW PS2 HEEEHEEEHEEEEEEEEEE ::maniacal laughter:: Glee. Take care yo.
