Covering All Her Cursing Bases

Hello there folks - we're back on the air again, and hoping you all had a great Memorial Day weekend. We certainly did here on this side of the page: much grilling did in fact happen, as well as hanging with the friends and watching crap-tons of Trigun and some Samurai Jack ::sighs happily:: Excellent weekend. FULL of the excellentness. Oh, and the playing of too much World of Warcraft. It's sad, really: I'm at the point where you need to be REALLY high-level in order to advance, and in order to GET high-level you need to be in a group, and lo, I am too shy, and my two peeps from previous encounters are often not playing when I am. It's too bad. Not going to stop playing though... maybe slow it down for a bit. As with most new things have I have come across that have interested me, I get all excited about them and absorb myself with them for a little while, then just naturally absorb them into my life and take things at an easier pace. Much better that way.
Oh, and as a side note: I don't know if I've mentioned it previous to today's rant, but I utterly loathe the undead. Really. Although I should say that they're okay in World of Warcraft because they're on the side of the Tauren, but one has to wonder a bit more about their culture... how DO you make a society of zombies and such? Because they're not just, you know, ghouls or vampires or whatever. I'd like to think they took a page out of the almighty book of the much-loved Planescape: Torment, but who knows. Anyhow. Aside from WoW, I loathe the undead fully and utterly. The move-or-attack choice of zombies in Dungeons & Dragons doesn't make them that bad, but the whole "no vital areas" thing really screws up a lot of otherwise deadly and nifty attacks and such. Damn undead. That is all.
Argh. I'm fading fast here - looks like too many nights of staying up past 2 AM this weekend - and thus I must leave you all. See you Friday, like always. Peace out.
