Hello readers! Hearken thus to the Items of Note!
Item the First! VOTE YOU BITCHES! I don't care if you've been assaulted with this message from all sides, this is me Doing My Part, and if Doing My Part means screaming things at people I've never met, well then hot dog! Study the issues, get your ass informed of the facts, and VOTE! ::whip crack:: HYAH!
Item the Second! The very witty Zach Stroum of Shaw Island has recently notified us that our link to his page was all brokey, and lo, we have fixed it! ...Or we will. ::raises eyebrow at Web Guy Josiah:: It's kinda up to Josiah over there. Anyhow! Shaw Island is a fantabulous comic that is well versed in some clever funny, and I highly recommend you go there and soak it up like some kind of humor-based sponge. GO FORTH!
Item the Third! Doing the dishes from the party the other night has made my fingers all pruny and slippery-like! It is hard to type with my fingers like this! Oh nos!
Item the Fourth! Somebody took stuff from Metroid and figured out RPG stats for it via the Star Wars d20 system (3rd ed, Wizards of the Coast stuff). It is crazy and nifty!
Item the Fifth! Did I mention it's hard to type with my fingers like this? I would put on gloves but that would likely make it even harder to type! And yet I keep on going! THE MADNESS!
Item the Sixth! Speaking of madness, how about a fan comic that is done in really amazing style that involves the Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd & Eddy, Samurai Jack, Grim & Evil, that one show on Nickelodeon involving that teenage robot girl, Dexter's Laboratory, AND Invader Zim? TRUE INSANITY! The story does not suit my liking so much (and if it were merely written instead of a comic I would eschew it completely) but it is SO PRETTY. OMGWTFBBQ. It must be seen to be believed, and you can see it on the fellow's Deviant Art page right HERE... just a note, to get to the beginning of the comic, you're going to have to click back a bit. But no harm in that, eh? And I'd rather you all investigated it for yourselves, so you can see more of the guy's stuff. I may not adore his writing, but his art is like rainbow sherbet for to be eaten up and savored. PRETTY.
Item the Seventh! Here I was going to show you how awesome I looked in my ninja costume for Halloween, but even thought the shots were taken with an excellent, practiced hand, I looked like ass. A lot of jumping around and Dance Dance Revolution will play hell on makeup. So no ninjas for now. Near future? Outlook GOOD. And full of Annie-based ninjaness. You see if it isn't!
