This Is Neither Cute Nor Endearing
March 29, 2005
How do. On to the comic. I should say that while I am no paragon of decisiveness, I know there are those who hem and haw as a matter of artifice, and I have to say: STOP THAT. It is not cute and nifty, and I would hold those who believe it to be so as highly suspect. Let me get my carrot cake, and do not hold up the increasing line behind you with your flutters of eyelashes and waving of hands. To do otherwise, methinks, is to invite a fork in your forehead. You have been forewarned.

At the forefront of your Tuesday Linkstravaganza is none other than Phil "Hoojie Crew" Kahn, and his amazing wonderful snarkblog, I'm Just Saying.... We were actually talking about it the other night, and in addition to me saying that it is a nifty idea (I highly endorse it), the word "snarkblog" is probably one of the most fun ever, and if you do not think so, you have not said it enough. Say it about fifteen times and come back to me in ten minutes. But yeah - this snarkblog will basically be Phil reviewing things, and if you trust his opinion (which past experience has proven is sound - he likes MY comic, after all ::grins self-importantly::), then you should partake of it with grateful joy. I know I shall.

* For the nerds who like words (like me), here is World Wide Words. You may not use it every day, but when you gots a question, it be fun.

* True. Cat Shoots Owner. Hey, you leave a gun on a counter, and you call a cat stupid, they remember. Then they cap your ass. Hey, you give them the means, you have nobody to blame but yourself.

* Is it pop? Soda? Tonic? Coke? Really, it kinda depends where you're from, apparently. Although I'm 100% behind Pop, myself. The others? BAH. Stuff and nonsense.

* The Jargon File, just in case you haven't seen it already.

That's all for me - I have stuffness to attend to. Be good, all.
