Hello and welcome to all. Slightly incomprehensible post tonight, due to me being fucking tired out of my brain. "April is the cruelest month," quoth T.S. Eliot, and although he probably wasn't thinking of having a milestone and a submission deadline and an E3 presentation to work on all in the same month, the bastard was nonetheless dead-on. Plus my beloved folksies are visiting this weekend, which will not give me much time for the workies on the comicness. So I am working my ass off this week to ensure that this particular arc - which I beg you not to kill me over until it is complete - will go uninterrupted. But apart from that, any guest strips, art, ideas you've been mulling over: now is the time. Go for it.
I need your help, gentle readers, and I'm totally not shitting you about it. I get home from work at 8 in the PM, eat and hang out for a half-hour, then work on the comic until 12:15 or so when I have to go to bed and get up at 8 in the AM. With these uber-deadlines they're talking hours extended beyond that, and probably work on Saturdays to boot... hey, that's the gaming industry for you, and it's how we get shit done (at least, that's the hope). I do it because I love it, but I also love THIS, and I'm going to do my dammedest to make everything work out for the best. But yeah.
Gotta go soon - but before I do, Tuesday LINKSTRAVAGANZA!
* This is crazy awesome: Blind Student Earns M.D. This dude is like Matt Murdock if he decided to be a doctor instead of a lawyer. I seriously bet this guy fights crime in his free time. AWESOME.
* BEHOLD! The wonder of ancient Peephenge! "One of the smallest henges in the world!" Lookit all its majesty!
* This makes me happy: Laptops for kids in the Third World - and they cost about $100 to make. I'm all about that. ALL. ABOUT. More love and learning to the world, yo! ::grin::
* The woman who runs FishFish Designs can knit like CRAZY. Now I find myself coveting one of her hats. Like Tycho, I too have (as I believe I have previously mentioned) a deep and abiding love for hats. Now I begin to feel my life is lacking without one of these hats... and that is a dangerous thing indeed, ladies and germs...
* Also, if anybody wants to buy me these pants, they are welcome to. Size large, because I like it when my pants are totally about to fall off of my ass. Because God, if you are buying loose embroidered pretty hippie pants and they are tight on you, I mean really, what is the fucking point? Think about that one for a minute, if you will! And also, Soulflower is a nifty site. Check it out.
I gotta run, but once again - send those guest thingies my way, take care, and be good. BANJOS!
Also, Sin City rocks hardcore. But I advised my mom not to see it. It is not a Mom Movie.
