Sorry the comic is late. There is someone on the local network who has a bad network card who is screwing everyone, and this isn't the first time it has happened.
They claimed that they could fix it by blocking the guy's MAC address. I told them it would be better if they just found the room the person was in (start unplugging ports until you find the right one), unplugged the port, and left a note on the door. They obviously didn't listen to me.
