More Unpleasantness
January 27, 2006
How do I keep getting myself into these situations? I'm all like "whew, that last story arc took a lot out of me, I'm not gonna do another one like that again anytime soon!" And what do I do? BANG, right into another. I must be a masochist or something, ye gods. That's all I can come up with. And yes, it will go on from here. If I didn't, I think some people out there would hit me with a brick (and I'm going to be dodging bricks for a while over stuff like this, methinks...)

But then stuff like this announcement makes me jump around and sing for joy. No more skanks, no more skeezes at E3 who know nothing about games wandering around like tits on a stick! HALLELUJAH, brothers and sisters! FREE AT LAST! FREEEE AT LAAAAST!

Anyhow. Jubilant exultation aside, I need to make this brief, and dammed if I'm not going to give you some delicious LINKSTRAVAGANZA!

* What is there to say but - OMFG ROCKET BIKE LOL. It works. I'd so ride one of those.

* Some video games are good. Some are bad. And some could be either, but you'd never know because you can't get past the hideously awful box art of vomitousness. Go, laugh, and wonder who in the hell would approve crap like that. Hee.

* Indianapolis is awesome. Why, you ask? Because they got actual-factual superheroes. I would so join them if I were there - use my ninja powers for the good of all! That would be sweet.

* So, did you see Squall's gunblade in Final Fantasy VIII and go all "no way dude that would never work haha"? Well, shut your sprech-hole and look at this. (although admittedly they are neither as big, nor cool, as the ones in the game, and still a pretty bad idea)

* So you might have seen that one sweet video of the Citroen car turning into a robot and dancing and then turning back again (the one that everything thought was totally a screentest from a new Transformers movie?) Well, looks like someone decided to bring up the old Citroen line of vehicles and did a very clever little parody. Nice.

And now, ninja vanish. Bweeeeeee!
