Ah, Brokeback Mountain. Not only an excellent movie, but ripe for very well-done parody, and even a 30-second version with bunnies (NOTE: oh-em-gee features thpoilerth!) - and I couldn't help but latch onto that notable line. It has indeed happened to me - usually due to latency/connection/lag/some-such issues that I find myself technically unable to exit World of Warcraft, and the phrase uttered in irritation now is forever linked to a tumultuous relationship of forbidden love. Whether you like it or not. Also: yay, Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal. The end.
Also, on an entirely unrelated note, I've finished reading George R.R. Martin's latest book, A Feast for Crows. God DAMN, that man can write. But such a bastard is he, leaving EVERYTHING on a cliffhanger, one that will not be resolved for years (because he split this book in two - had to, due to its size - the next book will focus on different characters at the same time, and not return to these ones until the book AFTER that). It is like coming home from an amazing journey to an empty house... everything seems a bit drearier after, just waiting to escape and go out into that magical place again. But holy CRAP is it worth it. He's even ensnared Web Guy Josiah in his writin's - which I knew he would. It is part of our relationship that I recommend books to Josiah, and he puts them off until forever, then reads them and is startled by how awesome the books are and how much he likes them - something I'd known he would from the first. ::shrug:: Whaddyagonnado? ::grin::
And now I go to play World of Warcraft again. It isn't anything I am on quitting anytime soon. ::laugh::
