Yeah. Had some days like this in the fall (more than a little bit related to the events mentioned in this comic), and regrettably they do come along. And, of course - Godwin's Law. It's the Internet, it's bound to pop up SOMEtime. As for the 2nd panel... imagine there is a guy in ICE. Imagine he is there for a REASON. The end.
Re: Friday's comic - all right, you got me. The maligned line therein IS actually in the movie... but I still say it makes for a supremely crappy tagline. You can say it in context, but outside of it - yeah, not so much. But then again... you can do that with more than one line from the film, soooo... yeah.
