Hey kids - I spring upon thee GUEST COMIC today, from the awesometacular Chris Avellone, who very kindly gave me this comic in hopes of giving my poor tired ass a break, which it does, and for which I am forever grateful. This weekend, instead of my usual comic-making activities, I flew out to surprise my dad for his 60th birthday celebration - which, I should add, was not only super-awesome, but included us buying him a flight in a WWII fighter plane AND throwing him a huge neato surprise party with grilling and beer and so on. Very good stuff, went super-well, and I was happy to be a part of the surprise. SO! I beg your forgiveness for the lack of Annie-created comic today (and this truncated rant), but I hope that the freakin' SWEET comic from Herr Avellone and the happiness of my dad on his birthday is a good substitute. Thanks, guys ::grin:: And extra thanks to Chris for letting me rest on Sunday when I got back, instead of lunging to my comic and throw something out that might have been super-ugly-horrible-butts - and for having such an excellent comic of supreme sweetness. WOO!
