Old news, but true news, and definitely bizarre: not the situation but rather the concept that I seek to poke at. Can you imagine - the SCA would have way higher grades than everyone else! Crazypants.
I'd like to write something clever and witty here, but a long workout has robbed my of both my with and my endurance, so I'm going to give up and just toss out a couple links in my weekly promised

* Words cannot describe how much I LOATHE that fucking "My Humps" song by the Black Eyed Peas. But all of a sudden Alanis Morissette (of all people!) makes a mock video of it in BALLAD FORM. It's preposterous, because as much as I still loathe that song, hearing it sung in that way with that video is hilarious. Take a look-see.
* For this one? I shall simply say ZOMG LAZAR KEYBOARD WOAH and leave it at that.
* Dude. Ever played Tetris and were able to see the blocks arranging themselves when you closed your eyes? I get that with Puzzle Fighter sometimes and it drives me bugfuck. WELL. Turns out - at least as far as Wikipedia is concerned - it's a documented effect with a scientific paper to its name. Madness!
* This art page both frightens me and fills me with a bizarre joy. Thus I recommend you go there.
* Finally, Erica Henderson is an artist, she's talented and her stuff is neat. Go lookit.
