Cats and kittens: the quasi-hiatus regrettably continues, with yet another of the lost strips surfacing like a body in the swamp OH NOES! Actually, it's pretty funny to look back at them - remembering technical tricks I'd learned, other comics that inspired me in layout and format, technological upgrades that made comics a LOT easier to do (Photoshop upgrade, actually having a tablet, etc.), things like that. It's like looking at a half-way decent picture of yourself in junior high: sure, you were a goofy, weird little thing, but somehow someone got a photo of you that made you look not so bad, and you can even point out the things that you didn't like that changed through time (hooray, I grew into my big front teeth, and I stopped fretting about the size of my forehead, and yes, those were honestly two things I worried about a LOT when I was fourteen years of age, thank you very much).
I must depart for the nonce, but you kids take it easy, and I'll see what I can continue to dig up from ye olde files... be well.
